Water fountains add beauty and man-made dynamism to the garden of natural factors. Water Fountains has many advantages:
Support aeration of pond water, keeps high levels of oxygen. This in turn prevents stagnation stench of water. Manage growth of algae and aquatic weeds. Reduces formation of sludge and lends beauty towards the garden. Water fountains may also be installed within the water gardens of residence yards. In that case floating water plants like water clover, duck weed etc., marginal water plants, those that have their roots in ground and foliage floating on water surface, like cattails, water lilies and so on, cannot survive. But submerged water plants like watercress, elodea etc. can survive. Alternatively, for substantial ponds, the fountain or waterspout might be arranged at a distance from plant growing zone. As the fountain aerates the pond water well, additional features like stream, water fall and so on, had been not advised, unless 1 wants them too for aesthetics.
